Silva Construction Testimonials

“You guys are the best. We had such a pleasant and rewarding experience. I appreciated your accessibility and timeliness! It couldn’t have gone better.” – D.G., Torrance

“What makes a company in heavy competition stand out above all the rest? It’s that they care. Silva Construction certainly cares about making every customer satisfied.” – H.O., Hermosa Beach

““I must give some special ‘thank yous’ to some of your staff who were unfailingly courteous and helpful. This was really appreciated especially in the early phases when we didn’t have much of a house left! Everyone was great, as were the plumbers. The tile men did a wonderful job in the bathrooms – everyone wants my bathroom upstairs. Your carpenters were very professional too and went the extra mile to correct some odd things in our house. I still don’t know how they managed to install the back door without breaking the tile inside.” – J.P., Torrance

I want to take this opportunity to tell you that once again Silva Construction has completed a beautiful project for me! We had some curves on this project along the way, but in the end you take care of the issues, stand by your company, and do your best to make things right which is why I have done 4 projects with you. I also feel Silva Construction is a company with integrity that I can trust with any projects that I need to do.” – Marsha R.

“From the smallest repair to building a home or office from scratch….I would use only Silva Construction. Dave and his team are real pros, kind and courteous and get the work done on time and within budget. They completely rebuilt my damaged home and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and they stand by their work…which not many contractors do! Please feel free to call me for more compliments!” – Mimi T.

“Thank you Silva Construction for our complete bathroom remodeling. What a great job done in a way timely manner. When we began talking with Gilbert and Jamie Clark, we asked them if they could finish the job before our daughter’s wedding in less than eight weeks. They said they could and they did it! This is the second remodeling we’ve done through them and we knew we could count on their word. On our daughter’s wedding day, the house was back to normal. Our special thanks to Jamie for her ideas and support, Norberts and the rest of the crew.” – A.B., Torrance

“I’m totally pleased with my “new room.” Your staff is outstanding. I don’t know when I’ve encountered a group of people who have such great personalities and are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful job.” – K.K., Westchester
